You receive a written proposal with material specs, labor breakdown, timeline, and total cost. We price by the square and itemize everything. Compare apples to apples with any other quote.
Installation Day
Crew arrives at 7 AM with all materials pre-staged. Tarps go down to protect landscaping. Old roof comes off, decking gets inspected and repaired as needed, and the new system goes on layer by layer. Most Pledger homes finished in one day.
Inspection & Cleanup
We walk the property with you, show you the finished roof, and answer any questions. Magnetic nail sweep across the yard, driveway, and walkways. Gutters cleaned out. Your warranty gets registered that same day.
